**Chamber members with paid-up dues as of May 15, 2026 are FREE of CHARGE**

Booth space is Approx 10x10.  Applications must be received by June 6, 2026 deadline along with payment.  Non-Member applications received after June 6 will be charged a late fee of $60.  RAIN OR SHINE. NO RAIN DATE, NO REFUNDS. Credit for future event will be issued only if event cancelled by local or state govt.

Terms & Conditions:

• No food or beverages allowed to be sold or given away unless you have SC Health Dept permit. 
• All participants must provide their own table, chairs, tents, displays, etc.
• Vendors can start setting up at 7:30 a.m. on the sidewalk and move to the street when SCPD closes Main Street to regular traffic, around 8:15. You will be emailed complete Instructions
• All Participants are required to keep their booth area clean and discard all garbage before leaving the fair. Dumpsters are available for your use. You must vacate premises by 4:15 p.m.

If any business on Main Street will be participating in Kings Park Day and does not notify the Chamber, we reserve we the right to assign the space in front of your business to a vendor.  Please let us know ahead of KPD Saturday so there is no confusion on June 20.
