Fee:
$50
for each booth space (Approx 10x10). Application deadline date June 1, 2024.

$75 for each vendor space for applications submitted after 6/1/24. YOU MUST RESERVE YOUR VENDOR SPACE BY JUNE 1 EVEN IF YOU ARE A RETURNING VENDOR. DO NOT ASSUME WE KNOW YOU WILL BE PARTICIPATING UNLESS YOU FILL OUT AN APPLICATION.  No rain date and no refunds unless cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions.

**Chamber members with paid-up dues as of May 15, 2024 are FREE of CHARGE. Please contact us to reserve your spot.**

Terms & Conditions:

  • No food, samples or beverages can be sold or given away unless you have a Health Dept permit.
  • Participants must provide their own table, chairs, tents, displays, etc.
  • All participants must remove their vehicles after unloading. You can start setting up at 7:30 a.m. on the sidewalk and move to the street when SCPD closes Main Street to regular traffic.  Main Street will be closed to ALL traffic by 9:30 a.m.
  • Participants are required to keep their booth area clean and discard all garbage before leaving the fair. Dumpsters will be available for your use.  All tables, displays, tents, promotional items, etc. must be cleaned up and cleared off Main Street by 4:15 p.m.
