R.J. Murray Enterprises is one of Long Island's leading providers of concrete recycling and organic materials, and a DEC registered facility. R.J. Murray Enterprises, Inc, was founded in 2001 by Ryan Murray. Each year, R.J. Murray Enterprises, Inc. recycles hundreds of thousands of tons of concrete, brick, asphalt, blue stone, and dirt generated by the residents and businesses of Suffolk & Nassau County. Recycling at DEC facilities has become the best practice for handling aggregate left behind when structures or roadways are demolished. In the past, this rubble was disposed of in landfills, but with close attention being paid to the environmental impact of all things that we dispose of, there is a great need for responsible recycling. In addition to reducing the waste in landfills, we skillfully use that waste to make new products. Additionally, our methods of recycling help to keep construction costs down.
