Kings Park Day Food Vendor Application

Food Vendor Fee: 

$200 for each table/booth/food truck space (Approx 10x10).  Applications must be received by June 3, 2017 along with payment. 

Terms & Conditions:

  • No Rain Date and No Refunds.
  • No food, samples or beverages are allowed to be sold unless previously approved by the Chamber. Chamber reserves the right to remove any item or vendor selling unapproved items.
  • Participants must provide their own table, chairs, tents, displays, food trucks, etc.
  • All food and beverage items sold or distributed are under the Rules and Regulations of the Suffolk County Health Department Permit Requirements and Consumer Affairs. All food and beverage vendors must follow the agency’s codes.
  • Prices must be on all items being sold.
  • All participants must remove their vehicles after unloading and before setting up. (Main Street will be closed to vehicular traffic by 9:00 a.m.
  • Participants are required to keep their booth area clean and discard all garbage before leaving the fair. Dumpsters will be available for your use.  All tables, displays, tents, promotional items, etc. must be cleaned up and cleared off Main Street by 3:45 p.m.
  • All participants must have their reserved spaces and signed applications Paid In Full prior to the Fair’s deadline date.
  • Vendors must follow New York State regulations for sale of items.
  • After application approval by the Kings Park Chamber of Commerce your application will be forwarded to DePasquale Enterprises for the remainder of the process.

I have read and agree to all the rules and regulations, terms and conditions as outlined on this form for Kings Park Day Town Fair. Participants that do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be allowed to participate in future Fairs.
